Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Aspen Hill

Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone by growing existing and new client relationships. Use consultative conversations to recommend and refer financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product/service lines, while meeting individual and branch sales targets. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and support retail community bank leadership routines through continuous sales and product training.
