Lead the creation of high-fidelity interactive e-learning modules and simulations by turning storyboards into brand-aligned learning experiences. You will manage AI-driven roleplays, ensure SCORM-compliant assets, and maintain learning paths within the LMS, supporting rapid product releases and enablement initiatives for a cloud security platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble and build interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools like the Articulate 360 suite (Rise and Storyline).
•Configure and manage AI-driven roleplay and pitch practice environments (Yoodli) and transform scripts into polished learning experiences.
•Turn architectural blueprints into reality and equip delivery teams with high-quality materials to train new hires, while managing technical learning paths in the LMS.
•Rigorously test assets for functionality, UX, and SCORM compliance and ensure seamless integration within the LMS.
•Keep pace with rapid product releases by updating UI/UX in interactive modules and maintaining a clean library of project files.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,000 - 156,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of hands-on experience in e-learning development, instructional media, or a similar execution-focused role.
•Deep expertise in Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).
•Experience with enablement platforms and AI roleplay tools (e.g., Yoodli) or a strong technical aptitude to learn them quickly.
•3+ years of hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
•Kubernetes experience; virtualization and hybrid-cloud security/monitoring knowledge.
