Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and improve process conditions and technology; upgrade process capability to reduce production cost.
  • •Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment and establish/modify process management projects.
  • •Evaluate and plan new equipment and materials, and participate in new process qualifications.
  • •Analyze data and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process issues using failure analysis and statistical methods.
  • •Coordinate process/equipment/material evaluations and optimization, implement improvements at process steps/loops, and support internal and customer audits while liaising with material suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science.
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills.
  • •Effective communicator who can collaborate across all levels.
  • •Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus; leadership and impact track record are desirable.
