Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and maintain the business unit work management system in Maximo, including PM and CM databases.
  • •Maintain an SME knowledge base in CMMS development and support work-order initiation through close-out.
  • •Develop project plans and accurate time/resource estimates, planning and leading projects as required.
  • •Identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system/process problems using statistics, trends, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Prepare and present reports to management on schedule performance, priority conflicts, resource issues, and related trends, including capital work orders and CWIP close-out.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of job-related experience, including Maximo background in work management design/implementation, scheduling data input, and report generation.
  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • •Experience with SAP, CPG, and SRM.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with effective verbal and written presentation skills.
