Job Summary

Manage and execute loan transfer operations for a portfolio of corporate trust deals, acting as the main point of contact for lenders and borrowers. Process primary/secondary market transfers, sign transfer certificates, collect transfer fees, update loan systems, and perform weekly reconciliations. Maintain lender contacts across Debtdomain and address books, update KYC records, and provide transaction data while liaising with systems vendors and internal teams to improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a point of contact for lenders and borrowers regarding the transfer process.
•Process transfers for a varied portfolio of deals, including leverage finance and real estate.
•Manage workflow for primary and secondary market transfers, including signing transfer certificates, collecting transfer fees, and updating loan systems.
•Update KYC records for incoming lenders and conduct weekly reconciliation of transfer fees due, including chasing overdue/unpaid fees.
•Maintain lender contacts in Debtdomain and the central address book, provide transaction data from the system database, and liaise with systems vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years’ experience in a Loan Agency function or a 3rd Party Agent/broader Loan Administration role.
•Preferably knowledge of the Facility Agent/Security Agent function in Loan Administration.
•Documentation review skills for transfer cert templates, assignment agreements, and accession deeds.
•Ability to manage your own workflow and cope with high-volume transfers with strong attention to detail.
•Knowledge of transfer process using Clearpar and working knowledge of Debtdomain; good Excel skills.
