•Provide strategic guidance, enforce policies, and act as primary liaison between AECOM and the client (MTO).
•Manage project lifecycle from budgeting and scheduling to procurement and contract closeout, including risk management and quality assurance.

Salary: CAD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Civil Engineering with 8 years of relevant highway transportation experience or equivalent
•P.Eng. designation in Ontario (or eligibility) or PMP designation

•Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
