Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Education sector growth in Québec by targeting new client development opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
  • •Develop and manage Education sector revenue generation and project development activities to achieve financial goals and growth targets, including backlog and net revenue forecasting.
  • •Provide professional architectural seal on drawings and contract documents for projects where you serve as the supervising architect.
  • •Build and evolve the Education Practice in Québec and act as a thought leader, maintaining long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • •Review monthly operational metrics (e.g., utilization, project performance, revenue analysis, backlog, invoicing, and quality) and lead major Education projects as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 119,900 - 159,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture and licensed to practice in Québec.
  • •10+ years of experience, preferably with projects in the education sector.
  • •Recognition as an educational planner is considered a strong asset.
  • •Functional level of English required; you will work on initiatives outside Québec and collaborate across Canada in English.
