Key Responsibilities

•Act as a technical problem owner within assigned scope for YieldStar systems
•Perform structured root-cause analysis using system data, logs, and failure mechanisms
•Restore system performance efficiently under production pressure while maintaining quality and output targets
•Analyze system behavior across multiple subsystems, including sensors and measurement systems, control and signal processing systems, and mechanical and mechatronic components
•Mentor junior engineers to strengthen team technical capability

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Physics or related)
•3–5 years of experience in a high-tech production, manufacturing, or engineering environment
•Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnosis of complex systems or equipment
