Job Summary

Provide effective instruction in general faculty subjects and in at least two specific areas of the assigned HR Management discipline for second-language learners. Deliver courses using applied teaching methods, educational technology resources, and ongoing assessment feedback. Support students through advising, internships/work placements, and student-centered interventions. Contribute to teaching quality through course evaluation, eCAF/CAR reporting, curriculum revisions, and committee work, while engaging in applied research and conferences.

Key Responsibilities

•Teach courses aligned with the course syllabus and program goals, applying practical and applied instruction methods for second-language learners.
•Develop and use educational technology resources and provide continuous feedback using assessment tools such as tests, projects, assignments, and other evaluations.
•Evaluate students, update grades in a timely manner, and contribute to question banks and/or coursework assessments as requested.
•Serve as a student advisor as assigned, maintain office hours, and support/mentor students during internships and work placements while monitoring progress to support student success.
•Contribute to program and institutional responsibilities including course management, eCAF/CAR preparation, curriculum revision, committee service, and applied research and conference participation.

Key Requirements

•Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
•Or a Master’s degree plus a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
•Or a Bachelor’s degree may also be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification as per the discipline requirement.
•Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
•Experience developing course curriculum aligned with accreditation and international standards, including incorporating educational technology into curriculum and instructional strategies.
