Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Optical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in testing, verification, qualification, system integration, or product development.
  • •Experience within defence, aerospace, electro-optics, or other high-technology industries.
  • •Strong understanding of verification, validation, and qualification methodologies, including laboratory testing and performance characterization.
  • •Strong technical reporting and documentation skills, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
