Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate current AP processes and systems to identify automation opportunities, improved efficiency, and measurable gains in SLAs/KPIs.
  • •Partner to design and implement AP or Finance Procurement Operations process changes, including gathering AP requirements and planning AP systems and tools.
  • •Act as AP subject-matter expert and POC for supplier/internal escalations and M&A process changes; document and communicate process updates.
  • •Own AP reporting (e.g., aging, accruals) and manage month-end close communications and AP calendar.
  • •Support audits with AP and Internal Audit teams, coordinate documentation requests, and provide backup to payment processing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of accounts payable end-to-end experience, including invoice processing & review, payments, risk management, and process improvement.
  • •Strong understanding of accounts payable principles, practices, and regulations globally and within the region of focus.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process improvements and bottlenecks.
