Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage incoming material quality to ensure it meets company and customer requirements.
  • •Establish, improve, and continuously optimize IQC inspection standards, inspection processes, and work instructions (including AQL standards and inspection specifications).
  • •Implement the quality control plan for supplier quality management activities to meet plant goals.
  • •Organize and supervise IQC inspection activities, including handling incoming material abnormalities and nonconforming product review (MRB disposition, returns, and concession acceptance).
  • •Analyze supplier incoming quality issues, drive corrective actions with suppliers, track improvement effectiveness, and provide quality support for NPI and critical components control.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above; majors in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials, or related fields are preferred.
  • •At least 5 years of quality-related experience in electronics manufacturing or telecom power supply, including 2–3 years as an IQC Supervisor or equivalent management role.
  • •Proficient in incoming material inspection processes and AQL sampling standards.
  • •Knowledge of inspection methods for electronic components and mechanical/structural parts, plus outsourced processed parts.
  • •Proficient with quality tools including the Seven QC Tools, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and MSA; strong cross-functional and supplier communication skills.
