Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and monitor daily fund operations, including NAV and token-price validation, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, trade settlement, subscriptions and redemptions, portfolio reconciliations, and exception resolution.
  • •Support deployment of fund assets in line with approved investment guidelines, liquidity requirements, risk limits, and governance processes.
  • •Coordinate token minting, burning, transfers, and reconciliations with fund administrators, custodians, investment managers, and banking partners to ensure accurate execution.
  • •Contribute to USYC and new fund capabilities through operational analysis, workflows, controls, reporting, documentation, audit evidence, and regulatory/compliance requests.
  • •Identify recurring exceptions and improve controls and scalability through automation, process improvements, and business-continuity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant experience in fund operations, treasury, asset management, financial services, capital markets, or fintech.
  • •Hands-on experience with fund operations such as cash management, trade settlement, NAV review, portfolio reconciliation, subscriptions/redemptions, or investment reporting.
  • •Working knowledge of investment products and markets, with exposure to money market funds, fixed income, government securities, repurchase agreements, private funds, credit strategies, or similar products.
  • •Experience working with fund administrators, custodians, banks, investment managers, or other financial-market service providers.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
