Job Summary

Lead and/or support strategic sourcing and supplier management for indirect spend and manufacturing commodities. Develop and deploy commodity strategies, run Make v Buy analyses, negotiate supplier agreements, and drive continuous improvement and risk management across RTX’s UK facilities to support growth, efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with peers from RTX functions and leadership to align commodity strategies with business goals.
•Lead or support cross-functional teams in Make v Buy analyses and deployment of medium-complexity commodity strategies (indirect spend, ROI targets, risk management, service levels, preferred suppliers).
•Engage stakeholder leads on supplier bid criteria, participate in supplier assessments and development activities, and ensure due diligence.
•Leverage opportunities across RTX to align functional strategies with supplier capabilities and market conditions, linking supplier capabilities to Raytheon requirements.
•Develop and manage tenders, perform cost/price analyses, and lead negotiations to deliver value for money and manage supplier relationships.

Key Requirements

•Experience in Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Procurement, Commodity and/or related field
•Related degree/MCIPS or equivalent
•Experience in managing stakeholder groups
•Experience of managing capital equipment acquisitions
•Knowledge of facilities management and working large or complex buildings projects
