Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and participate in design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of customer cloud hosted network and security infrastructure.
  • •Administer networks and security systems using industry-standard equipment and software, including troubleshooting and support.
  • •Establish, configure, and troubleshoot VPN tunnel related work using IPsec and related protocols.
  • •Design and test network and security infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and WAN.
  • •Resolve complex customer and product issues impacting hosted performance, security, availability, and reliability while supporting NICE Infrastructure Cloud Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience managing AWS Cloud network stacks (mandatory).
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience with Palo Alto (mandatory).
  • •AWS and Palo Alto certifications are mandatory.
  • •3+ years managing Network & Security Infrastructure and administering associated software/tools.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
