Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small business products/services using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations and community financial literacy events.
  • •Maintain risk accountability and confidentiality while opening/servicing retail products and processing teller transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete a 4-8 week onboarding and education program leading to Retail Personal Banker I certification.
  • •College degree or work experience with transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Understand advanced math functions to analyze credit and financial information, and professionally represent the bank in communication.
