Job Summary

Build and maintain trusted client relationships by engaging customers in person, by appointment, and virtually to understand their banking needs. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Educate clients on deposit and loan products as well as digital and self-service tools, proactively following up and recommending solutions aligned to each client’s goals.
