Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for Quote-to-Cash and Finance Systems across Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite, and the CDot metering platform.
•Translate business strategy into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities with clear outcomes and success metrics, balancing stabilization, net-new delivery, and technical debt reduction.
•Serve as the primary internal product voice for QTC and Finance Systems initiatives; lead discovery, requirements workshops, and business process design to produce actionable system specifications.
•Mentor the Business Systems Analyst (BSA) team by upskilling analysts in product thinking, acceptance criteria definition, and roadmap communication, and model product management best practices.
•Lead strategy and delivery oversight for major multi-quarter programs, including dependency mapping, UAT strategy and acceptance criteria, and post-launch stabilization and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in internal platform PM, enterprise applications PM, or systems product leadership.
•Deep Quote-to-Cash domain expertise (Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, NetSuite ERP), with hands-on configuration or implementation experience preferred.
•Ability to own and communicate multi-quarter internal product roadmaps to senior business and technology stakeholders.
•Strong command of revenue lifecycle processes including opportunity-to-quote, order management, billing/collections, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial close.
•Experience in a SOX-controlled environment with understanding of audit trails, approval workflows, and change management requirements.
