Job Summary

Support custody and funds operations for SEB corporate and private customers, ensuring accurate, timely delivery while meeting SLA and KPI targets. Process securities and fund transfers, open and administer custody accounts, and handle daily operational workflows. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, understanding relevant IT systems, and investigating operational risks with root-cause analysis and action plans. Collaborate with teams and branch offices, including Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

•Process securities and fund transfers to/from SEB and other financial institutions.
•Open and administer custody accounts.
•Execute daily operations following approved process flows and established routines to meet SLA and KPIs.
•Escalate operational risks, investigate root causes, and create action plans to avoid reoccurrence.
•Support stakeholders and branch offices in Sweden to resolve everyday issues and deliver service to customers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,700 - 2,400 monthly
