Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end financial crime prevention capability stack across the customer and transaction lifecycle.
•Contribute to product strategy and the roadmap for Global Financial Crime Intelligence across onboarding, transaction monitoring, screening, and fraud prevention.
•Continuously evaluate the adoption of global capabilities and balance growth vs risk trade-offs.
•Use data and research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimisations to reduce false positives and improve alert quality and operational scalability.
•Partner with first line and second line operations and compliance teams to ensure controls are effective, explainable, and audit-ready; support regulatory reviews and audits.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Portuguese (native) and English (fluent); English is required for daily communication across jurisdictions.
•4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager.
•2+ years working on financial crime prevention products.
•Experience delivering high-performance systems in regulated environments.
•Exposure to KYC/KYB, screening, transaction monitoring, or fraud management tools.
