Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer success by designing and delivering a multi-year, multi-stakeholder software roadmap across multiple teams.
  • •Rapidly deliver capability beyond current platforms by partnering with internal product and program-specific engineering teams, driving both architecture and capability evolution over time.
  • •Drive architecture selection and design for robotic systems, including hardware selection, compute/storage/network architecture, and service orchestration.
  • •Contribute to company-wide roadmap planning for software inputs to autonomous systems, and lead teams developing software that runs on- and off-platform.
  • •Drive development processes and full lifecycle testing, create test and simulation fixtures (software- and hardware-in-the-loop), and support vehicle manufacturing and deployment.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Experience working in a leadership position within a high-performing technology organization.
  • •Extensive experience as a Software Engineer across one or more domains and/or technologies, including systems/application programming and software design.
  • •Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze remotely deployed software systems and work holistically across the stack through design, implementation, operation, and sustainment.
  • •Ability to act as technical owner for an entire software system, including stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, roadmap management, and team coordination.
