  • •Own and support execution of select enterprise initiatives that cross multiple lines of business across AENB.
  • •Support enterprise project governance, including design/implementation of project methodologies and tools to govern and execute projects.
  • •Create execution frameworks and turn them into concrete projects that drive significant results.
  • •Create and maintain detailed project plans to manage risks, issues, and challenges and drive resolution.
  • •Prepare and/or lead efficient presentations and materials that break down complex ideas for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in risk management, strategy and execution, program management, project management, and/or other consulting services.
  • •Project management skills to advise on progress, roadblocks, and successfully drive project progress.
  • •Strong communication skills to influence, multitask, prioritize, and comfortably work with senior leaders verbally and in writing.
  • •Experience delivering large, complex initiatives with multiple partners under high pressure and tight timeframes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree or 3+ years related work experience leading project teams.
