Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Excel workbooks for FO route planning, territory coverage, and visit schedules.
  • •Clean, validate, and organize location and operational data (addresses, zones, markets, visit frequency, priorities).
  • •Create route maps and territory layouts using Excel and mapping tools (e.g., Google Maps).
  • •Support route optimization by grouping stops by geography, time windows, and FO capacity.
  • •Produce weekly and daily planning sheets for FO teams: who visits where, in what order, and with what targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Excel: Intermediate-advanced with functions like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and data validation
  • •Data hygiene: sorting, filtering large datasets, deduplication, standardizing addresses/zones
  • •Spatial/route thinking: grouping locations by proximity, zones, or drive time; understanding territories and visit sequencing
  • •Attention to detail: accurate data entry, cross-checking outputs, catching errors before plans go to the field
  • •Communication: clear notes in spreadsheets; ability to explain how a route or territory was built
