Job Summary

Provide strategic, commercially pragmatic employment law advice across APAC for a global workforce, advising on performance management, exits, investigations, and regulatory issues. Partner with People, Total Rewards, Finance, and business leaders to support evolving workforce models, develop scalable employment frameworks, and manage employment disputes and claims. Deliver practical training and guidance to stakeholders and collaborate with Employment Legal teams on cross-border matters.

•Provide strategic employment law advice across APAC for employee and contingent workforce matters.
•Advise on day-to-day employment issues including performance management, exits, investigations, and regulatory matters.
•Partner with People, Total Rewards, Finance, and other stakeholders to support workforce model growth and evolution.
•Develop and implement scalable employment frameworks, policies, processes, and guidance.
•Manage employment disputes, claims, and regulatory inquiries, partnering with external counsel where required.

Key Requirements

•Admitted to practice in Australia or equivalent jurisdiction.

•Strong experience advising senior stakeholders on complex employment and employee relations matters.
•Ability to balance legal risk with commercial and people considerations while operating in a fast-paced environment.
