Manage forecasts and sales activities in Salesforce to achieve sales and margin targets across the EMEA region while traveling to customers as needed.

•Grow sales by winning new customers and expanding existing accounts across Eastern Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria).
•Execute results-oriented selling across the Avery Dennison RFID product portfolio using technical knowledge of RFID transponders and use cases.
•Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for new prospects and re-activating previous customers.
•Achieve sales and margin targets within the EMEA region with focus on the most rewarding requests and customers.
•Track forecasts, manage competitive trends, and record activities in Salesforce.

•Proven ability to manage complex projects and partner effectively with internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Quality, Credit/Finance, Supply Chain & Operations).
•Self-starter who can build and manage priorities independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
