Key Responsibilities

•Ensure all electrically related maintenance and repairs are carried out across resort areas (laundry, kitchens, rooms, F&B outlets, public areas, staff areas).
•Oversee works per Engineering Department preventative maintenance program at specified intervals.
•Perform electrical testing and tagging to achieve compliance with local legislation and council laws.
•Follow resort and Engineering Department policies and procedures in all tasks.
•Maintain all equipment and infrastructure related to electrical, water, gas meters, and control panels; log discrepancies and report to supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Preventative maintenance management in a hospitality setting, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Experience with electrical testing, tagging, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
•Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages advantageous.
•Knowledge of fire detection systems, firefighting equipment, and emergency procedures.
•Ability to work independently and with maintenance teams, including collaboration with outside contractors.
