•Own the P2P liquidity provider programme.
•Monitor marketplace depth and coverage, improving partner satisfaction and retention.
•Lead and grow a team of account managers, setting direction and raising the operating bar.
•Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management, and retention.
•Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data, building funnels and producing recurring analysis; collaborate with user risk on high-risk profiling and dispute reduction.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in growth, account management, or relationship management for high-value users/clients, including team leadership and managing partner programmes at scale.
•Multi-market experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
•Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, and steers decisions from data.
•High-energy operator who works on the frontline and can build from 0 to 1, pushing into harder markets.
•Working proficiency in English; at least one role requires working proficiency in Mandarin for Greater China coverage.
