•Contribute to provider education by drafting content, identifying documentation gaps, and advising on clinical documentation standards.
•Analyze coding trends and risk areas, recommend improvements to tooling/product/training, and collaborate on billing code guardrails while keeping current on guidelines and payer rules.

Key Requirements

•Hold a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification (required).

•Strong grasp of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding guidelines and documentation requirements.
•Demonstrate analytical and auditing skills; comfort working independently and paying close attention to detail.
•Communicate clearly and empathetically while educating providers on sensitive coding and documentation feedback.
