Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects.
  • •Create detailed 3D models in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks from design inputs.
  • •Coordinate electrical models with multiple disciplines and maintain version control to produce integrated BIM models.
  • •Run clash detection, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless installation.
  • •Create BIM deliverables including documentation, schedules, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built models; update models from site feedback and provide technical support to junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of proven Electrical BIM modeling and coordination experience.
  • •Healthcare/hospital facilities experience (clean rooms, ICUs, PET scan areas, or laboratories) is preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Revit MEP (family creation and editing), AutoCAD (2D & 3D), and Navisworks.
  • •Working knowledge of Dynamo and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, with compliance to ISO 19650 and COBie standards.
