Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals and support new operations with plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Manage relations with warehouses, carriers, customs broker, and customers to guarantee shipments are packed, sent, and delivered on time.
  • •Plan logistics routes and site set-up across project phases, including asset pre-planning and coordination of labor, plant, and materials.
  • •Develop and maintain stock control methods, closely monitor warehousing management, and submit regular situation reports on stocks and equipment.
  • •Implement process improvements and HSE initiatives, maintain logistics documentation, and ensure compliance with company directives, policies, and IMS standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Thorough understanding of logistics principles, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
  • •Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee logistics personnel and coordinate daily operations.
  • •Proficiency using logistics software/systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and analyze performance metrics.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
