Maintain a safe, clean work area, monitor for mold irregularities, respond quickly to quality issues, and support material handling and cleaning during production interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

•Visually inspect containers and lids to ensure they are manufactured and packaged according to quality standards.
•Set aside product that is below quality standards and alert Leads and Mold Tech/Supervisor of quality issues or rejects.
•Watch molds for irregularities or sticking and respond in a timely manner to quality issues.
•Complete product assembly (e.g., install gaskets and handles) while keeping up with production machine cycles.
•Stack and pack product per customer/order instructions; prepare product identification and/or packaging labels, and complete required paperwork.
