Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of Facilities capital programs and business processes to support the F15 expansion program and future site growth.
  • •Act as the primary integration point across Site Leadership, Facilities & Construction, Procurement, and Finance to align capital priorities and business objectives.
  • •Manage capital budgets, cashflow forecasts, and spend transparency while improving forecast accuracy, spending compliance, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • •Develop and own KPIs to measure capital performance against goals and commitments.
  • •Ensure capital governance, audit readiness, and compliance with approval workflows, documentation standards, and accountability requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost/project management, capital/cost planning, procurement, or finance.
  • •Work proficiency in both Japanese and English to support cost reviews, business planning, and executive communications.
  • •Ability to navigate cost information systems and facility cost management tools (e.g., SAP, CALM, FMS PS, and relevant T-codes).
  • •Proven ability to apply AI-powered efficiency and analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft’s intelligent assistant, Genie, or equivalent) to improve analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
