Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain analog and mixed-signal design flows, including schematic/layout/verification/extraction (LVS, DRC) and simulation support (HSPICE, corner analysis).
  • •Oversee Linux-based DA infrastructure such as compute farms, storage systems, and license servers (FlexLM), including LSF/grid job scheduling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • •Manage design data governance, including library/technology structures, backup/archival/retention, and data integrity validation for tapeout-critical data.
  • •Create and govern tapeout manifests (PDK versions, tool versions, decks, simulation models, signoff configurations) and establish reproducible environment release frameworks.
  • •Lead and mentor DA and infrastructure engineers; manage version control and configuration management for scripts, methodology flows, PDK overlays, and verification decks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design or CAD support.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with analog design platforms such as Virtuoso and p-cell development (custom compiler).
  • •Strong experience managing design data governance and tapeout manifest control, including Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Tcl, Shell, SKILL).
