Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project compliance with brand requirements and coordinate residence customization to meet client requirements under the design team’s supervision.
  • •Set up and lead the overall project execution plan, defining success factors and KPIs for end-user outcomes.
  • •Implement appropriate controls and reporting for quality, health and safety, compliance, change, risk, and environment issues.
  • •Lead the end-to-end procurement process, including RFP/tender requirements, evaluation proposals, interviews, and appointment recommendations.
  • •Manage project finances and reporting, monitor budget/cost drivers and variations, and report progress against budget through coordinated cost reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Construction-related degree (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering) or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 years of construction and project management related experience.
  • •Experience working on residential projects in Spain from feasibility through handover.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft suite (Project, Office, SharePoint, Teams).
