Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise all phases of store production operations to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently.
  • •Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure safety and environmental policy compliance.
  • •Oversee store housekeeping and proper care and maintenance of equipment, including preventative maintenance.
  • •Participate in hiring, training, delegation of personnel, and scheduling work hours for hourly employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience scheduling employees in a production environment (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
