Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine landscape maintenance and grounds keeping for multiple facilities, maintaining grass, trees, shrubs, and ground covers
  • •Respond to work orders and service requests on a regular schedule and as needed, including emergency and non-emergency requests
  • •Assist with daily team tasks, help cover for absences, and coordinate deliveries with the Landscape Manager/Tech Lead
  • •Perform seasonal work and exterior maintenance including mowing, snow shoveling, pressure washing, gutter/roof drain cleaning, and minor hardscaping tasks
  • •Maintain and repair landscaping equipment safely, close out work orders via iPad or the computerized maintenance system, and communicate professionally with customers

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in landscape maintenance, including zero turn mowers
  • •Ability to travel using a company-sanctioned vehicle (e.g., box truck/pickup) as required
  • •Ability to plan and prioritize daily responsibilities with strong attention to detail
  • •Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with proven positive customer service experience
  • •Intermediate or higher expertise using iPad/smartphones and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
