Personal Banker Associate II - Loganville Bank Mart

Become a Retail Personal Banker II by completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations and Sales & Service. In this customer-facing role, you’ll use a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, promote deposits, loans, and fee-based services, and cross-sell with the support of approved marketing tools and business partners. You’ll also manage risk, meet sales and customer experience goals, and maintain confidentiality.
