Provide excellent customer service during everyday banking interactions, including listening to customer needs, answering questions, and following up to resolve issues. Handle extensive cash operations while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to bank policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Work with the platform team to keep the office running efficiently and refer customers to appropriate bankers and business partners using the required tracking tools.
