Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic sparring partner to business leaders within CORP SBG in the Netherlands.
  • •Improve employee engagement and strengthen healthy labor and employment relationships.
  • •Develop and implement HR policies and programs aligned to business goals and a positive, safe work environment.
  • •Ensure compliance with Dutch labor law and regulations.
  • •Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to influence engagement, employment relations, policy, and compliance.
