Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies, including use of KPIs to drive business outcomes.
  • •Lead the team to align with ALO’s mission and guiding principles, including growth, performance management, training, and coaching.
  • •Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of key strategies and guidelines.
  • •Champion strong visual standards using business performance data, and support a safe, efficient work environment.
  • •Create schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor effectively and collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve goals.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

  • •Ability to lift/push/carry up to 50 pounds and safely move around the store environment.
