Job Summary

Own end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Purview solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Translate compliance, legal, privacy, and business requirements into production-ready data governance, information protection, and risk management controls. Deliver Information Protection, DLP, Records Management, Insider Risk, Communication Compliance, eDiscovery, and Audit capabilities, while running staged rollouts, testing, operational handover, and documentation for ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end Microsoft Purview deployment lifecycle, from discovery and compliance assessments through design, implementation, staged rollouts, production deployment, testing, and operational handover.
•Build enterprise data classification frameworks using Sensitivity Labels, Microsoft Information Protection, auto-labeling, encryption, and container-level protection across Microsoft 365 services and endpoints.
•Configure DLP policies to prevent unauthorized sharing of regulated data across Microsoft 365 workloads, endpoints, and cloud environments.
•Configure retention and records management (retention labels/policies, disposition reviews, legal hold) and data lifecycle management for compliant retention, archival, and disposition.
•Configure Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance, eDiscovery (Standard and Premium), and Audit controls, and collaborate with related Microsoft 365 teams for integrated security and compliance delivery.

Key Requirements

•Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions based on client compliance, legal, privacy, and business requirements.
•Run discovery workshops with compliance, legal, privacy, and IT stakeholders to develop target-state data governance and Purview solution designs.
•Implement enterprise data classification using Sensitivity Labels, Microsoft Information Protection, auto-labeling, encryption, and container-level protection across Microsoft 365 services and endpoints.
•Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across Microsoft 365 workloads, endpoints, and cloud environments using sensitivity labels and sensitive information types.
•Configure retention, records management, legal hold, and eDiscovery (Standard and Premium) alongside Insider Risk Management and Audit solutions to support investigations and regulatory requirements.
