Customer Service Medewerker

Be the central point of contact for daily service orders, guiding customers through the full order process. Keep clients informed on deliveries and provide required documentation, while supporting order acceptance through invoicing, including order entry, handling, equipment ordering, cost monitoring, storage, and shipping. Collaborate closely with customers, factories, logistics partners, and internal teams like sales and service operations, and help improve order procedures and systems.
