Job Summary

Support the OTC (Opportunity to Cash) Global Business Services value stream under direct supervision, handling end-to-end sales processing to fulfillment and invoicing. Work across Business Development (pricing/contracts or proposals/quotes) and Operations (sales order management/invoicing). Maintain and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents, coordinate with Business Development, manage contract/price agreement updates in Compass BD/Salesforce tools, and contribute to process and automation improvements while meeting SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, renew, and amend contracts and price agreements using Compass BD / Sales Force based on requests from the Business Development team.
•Update contract materials and coordinate document updates with the Business Development team.
•Close requests received through Sales Force / functional mailbox in a timely manner and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
•Create and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
•Support continuous improvement by finding opportunities and recommending process and automation improvements, and assist with month/quarter end closures.

Key Requirements

•Graduate qualification (preferably B. Com).
•2–6 years of experience.
•Experience in contract management / Order to Cash.
•Hands-on experience with SAP, Sales Force, or S4 (added advantage).
•Strong English written and verbal communication, with attention to details and ability to solve problems.
