Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks to support QA automation across UI and API layers.
  • •Perform manual testing (functional, regression, end-to-end) and manage defect lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate in an Agile environment using JIRA and Git to deliver quality insights.
  • •Create and execute API tests using Rest Assured and Rest APIs.
  • •Work with Java and Python to build scalable automation solutions; apply BDD with user stories.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing (functional, regression, end-to-end) with Defect Lifecycle Management
  • •Hands-on experience with UI automation using Selenium and API automation using Restful services; REST Assured
  • •Experience building automation frameworks using Java and Python; familiarity with BDD-based frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
  • •Strong SQL skills for writing queries; experience with Agile development and JIRA; version control with Git
  • •Domain experience in Point of Sale / Store Systems is preferred
