Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop characterization and validation techniques for post-silicon bring-up and production test across electrical, functional, and performance areas.
  • •Drive alignment on tooling, flows, and coverage requirements ahead of tape-out and first silicon.
  • •Translate product requirements and silicon behavior into structured characterization plans with coverage targets, risk areas, and product quality metrics.
  • •Lead methodology transfer into execution by ensuring tooling, methods, and engineers are in place for smooth handoff.
  • •Identify and resolve methodology gaps early through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of experience with DFT, IC silicon validation, product engineering, and test engineering.
  • •2+ years of managerial experience.
  • •Deep hands-on engineering background with the ability to roll up sleeves while leading.
  • •Strong cross-functional communication skills, comfortable aligning with US-based teams across time zones.
