Key Responsibilities

•Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements
•Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
•Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors
•Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols at all times
•Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
•Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech construction projects
•Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001)
•Yellow Book Certification
•Experience in semiconductor/cleanroom/high-tech construction projects
