Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of operational quality frameworks, SOPs, service standards, and quality control processes.
  • •Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues using root cause analysis, and implement CAPA plans to improve performance.
  • •Track and analyze operational KPIs, quality metrics, and service performance indicators to ensure compliance with standards and targets.
  • •Perform operational audits, process observations, and quality checks across hubs and operational sites to ensure adherence and execution excellence.
  • •Prepare quality reports and performance dashboards with actionable recommendations; escalate critical operational issues on time and partner with stakeholders to implement action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, Logistics Operations, or related work.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and CAPA methodologies.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • •Experience conducting operational audits, quality assessments, and process reviews.
