Job Summary

Senior leadership role responsible for shaping Honeywell's growth across ASEAN, overseeing strategic direction and long-term value creation across Industrial Automation, Process Automation, Building Automation and Process Technology. •Oversee overall growth of Honeywell in the ASEAN region by partnering with regional/country leaders and executing a strategic plan to drive growth.
•Lead strategic pursuits, including large deals and strategically important opportunities such as Digital and Connected deals.
•Own and grow business from key strategic accounts and build relationships with C-level executives to be the One Honeywell face.
•Develop and nurture regional talent, drive inclusion and succession planning, and attract/develop local leadership.
•Drive acquisition synergies and oversee integration outcomes from M&A activities while representing Honeywell to government and public agencies.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor's Degree; MBA or Master’s degree would be ideal.
•20+ years of leadership experience in strategy deployment, operations, business management or program management in a similar line of business.
•Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive growth across multiple businesses.
•Strong relationship builder with C-level executives and government/public sector stakeholders; capable of leading talent development and succession planning.
•Willingness to travel 30%-50% across ASEAN countries.
