Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers and specialists for the Starlink PCBA manufacturing team.
  • •Own manufacturing development strategy for quality, delivery, and cost metrics and measure team performance.
  • •Manage technical documentation strategy and keep manufacturing records up to date.
  • •Drive design for test (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM) with design and test engineers to improve manufacturability.
  • •Develop automation opportunities, define requirements, evaluate ROI, and implement solutions while supporting technical issues on the line.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of science in aerospace, mechanical, systems, electrical, or manufacturing engineering.
  • •3+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • •Experience leading a team of engineers and/or specialists.
  • •Experience designing and manufacturing high-reliability electronics assemblies (EEE piece parts, PCB/PCBA, and test).
  • •Experience implementing automation in production processes and transitioning products from design to manufacturing at high volume.
