Key Responsibilities

  • •Review customer accounts and approve/decline credit within policy, and escalate non-standard terms to appropriate approvers.
  • •Perform manual credit assessments by analyzing credit reports, payment history, and account standing to determine next steps.
  • •Communicate credit decisions and recommendations to Sales, Collections, and Billing to support timely order processing.
  • •Handle high-volume accounts to drive timely payment collection in line with targets and policies.
  • •Assist with onboarding for new customer accounts, including payment terms communication and coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent education and experience.
  • •At least 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • •Understanding of order to cash processes
  • •Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • •Experience using SFDC, D&B, G-Suite and Excel
