Job Summary

AR Credit & Collections Specialist to support credit review and collections within Order-to-Cash. Works with Sales, Customer Success, Billing and customers in a hybrid Mexico City role to assess credit risk, authorize terms within limits, drive timely payments, and maintain positive relationships while minimizing financial exposure.

Key Responsibilities

•Review customer accounts and approve/decline credit within policy, and escalate non-standard terms to appropriate approvers.
•Perform manual credit assessments by analyzing credit reports, payment history, and account standing to determine next steps.
•Communicate credit decisions and recommendations to Sales, Collections, and Billing to support timely order processing.
•Handle high-volume accounts to drive timely payment collection in line with targets and policies.
•Assist with onboarding for new customer accounts, including payment terms communication and coordination.

Key Requirements

•Enrolled in Bachelor’s Degree program in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent education and experience.
•At least 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
•Understanding of order to cash processes
•Basic knowledge of MS Excel
•Experience using SFDC, D&B, G-Suite and Excel
